This workshop consists of a pre-certification curriculum and an on-site learning component. It offers a personal and intimate learning experience along with group discussion, lectures, and labs. Participants take the assessment and learn the tool along with their own journey into self-discovery. Post certification, participants get 6 free supervision sessions with a certified expert to reinforce their learning. Upon completion of this workshop, participants are able to unlock the full potential of the SuccessFinder behavioral framework.

IMPROVe THE HUMAN SYSTEM
We offer a 3 Day Expert Certification workshop that helps selected organizational members acquire a thorough comprehension of the Propensity Management Methodology. It introduces participants to three Dynamic Efficacy Models and the related Assessment Inventories that aid interpretation and forward planning when working with aggregated behavioral propensity data.
This workshop consists of a pre-certification curriculum and an on-site learning component. It offers a hands-on learning experience that consists of group discussion, lectures, and labs. Participants take their own SuccessFinder assessment and learn how to understand behavioral propensity dynamics. Participants then learn how to diagnose team and systemic performance problems associated with propensity distributions. Finally, using dynamic Efficacy Models, participants learn how to use aggregated propensity data for functionality-based team and structure design, talent allocation, and strategic workforce diversification planning.
