Cancellation and Refund Policy
Below are the specific details for how cancellations and refunds will be handled for each of our online and on-the-ground programs.

Propensity Management Workshop
Predictive Potential reserves the right to cancel this workshop in the event of low participation and will provide full refund of fees paid.
We will apply the following terms in the event that you are unable to participate in your workshop:
Before Completion of the SuccessFinder Assessment
Full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee up to 40 business days prior to the event
50% refund minus a 10% cancellation fee up to 20 business days prior to the event
Alternatively, full fees can be applied to a replacement participant up to 20 business days prior to the event. Notification is required so the new attendee can provided access codes to complete the assessment.
After Completion of the SuccessFinder Assessment
No refund will be paid. You have the option to apply the full fees towards participation in a future workshop.
Alternatively, additional assessment fee can be paid for a replacement attendee. Notification is required so the new attendee can take the assessment.
Exploring your Career potential
We will apply the following cancellation terms in the event that you are paying in full at the time of registration and decide to cancel prior to completing the assessment.
You will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
We will apply the following cancellation terms in the event that you are using the payment plan and choose not to complete your program.
Before Completion of the Career Assessment
You will receive a full refund minus:
5% cancellation fee after your down-payment.
10% cancellation fee after your second payment.
15% cancellation fee after your third payment.
After Completion of the Career Assessment
No refund will be paid.
Build Your Best Life and Career Online Workshop
We reserve the right to cancel due to low participation and will provide a full refund or reschedule you to a future workshop date.
We will apply the following cancellation terms if you are unable to participate in your session and paid in full at time of registration.
You will receive a 75% refund minus a 10% cancellation fee if you have NOT completed the SuccessFinder Career Assessment.
You will receive a 50% refund minus a 10% cancellation fee if you have completed the online SuccessFinder Career Assessment.
Note: Your Assessment must be completed no later than 15 business days prior to the event start date, after which you may opt to apply the workshop fees towards a future workshop or a 1:1 Individual Career Intensive program.
We will apply the following cancellation terms if you are using our Partial.ly payment plan and are unable to participate in your online workshop.
Before Completion of the Career Assessment
You will receive a full refund minus:
10% cancellation fee up to 30 business days prior to the event.
15% cancellation fee up to 20 business days prior to the event..
After Completion of the Career Assessment
No refund will be paid. You have the option of applying your fee towards participation in a future workshop OR converting into a 1:1 Individual Career Intensive program.
Note: Your SuccessFinder Career Assessment must be completed no later than 15 business days prior to the event start date, after which you may opt to apply your workshop fees towards a 1:1 Individual Career Intensive program.

Courage & Renewal Self Leadership Retreats
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat in the event of low participation and will provide full refund of fees paid.
We will apply the following cancellation terms if you are unable to participate in your retreat and paid in full at time of registration.
You will receive a 75% refund minus a 10% cancellation fee if you have NOT completed the SuccessFinder Career Assessment.
You will receive a 50% refund minus a 10% cancellation fee if you have completed the online SuccessFinder Career Assessment.
We will apply the following cancellation terms in the event that you are using the Partial.ly payment plan and are unable to participate in your retreat:
Before Completion of the Career Assessment
80% of the full program fee minus a $75 administrative fee up to 60 days prior to the program start date of the retreat
65% of the full program fee minus a $75 administrative fee up to 30 days prior to the program start date of the retreat
After Completion of the Career Assessment
50% of the full program fee minus a $75 administrative fee up to 60 days prior to the program start date of the retreat.
35% of the full program fee minus a $75 administrative fee up to 30 days prior to the program start date of the retreat.
You have the option of applying your program fee towards a 1:1 Individual Career Intensive.
Note: Your online SuccessFinder Career Assessment must be completed no later than 15 days prior to the retreat start date.
